I forgot to update my card when changing bank, my usual payment date should be the 3rd.

I have now updated this on my account, will a payment be taken automatically? Or will I have to make a manual payment this month?

When you change your payment card on MyBulb it updates our billing and so the payment will be taken automatically on the 3rd of the month as usual.

If you miss a payment because, for example, the card details we held were no longer valid, then you can make a manual payment using MyBulb. Login to MyBulb, click on “Change my payment details”, then select “Make a top-up payment”.
