Hi today (1st of the month) is when bulb takes a payment from my bank account to top up my bulb account, but it hasn’t happened. My minthly usage (£34) has been taken from my bulb account leaving £50 credit, would it be possible to not pay anything today as it hasn’t came off my bank yet? I am short on cash and this would help me out and still leave more than enough for next month’s usage.

No worries, we’ve cancelled the payment for this month, and will continue taking payments as usual from 1 November.
