payments

hello.
i recently received my monthly electric and gas bill which i pay through direct debit. The payment was taken. But looking at my Bulb account i am currently in credit and the payment was also deducted from this too. so it looks like i have payed this months bill twice?? could you please look into this for me. if this is the case is there a way of getting the direct debit payment refunded??

The system works by taking your yearly kWh usage and dividing by 12 so in theory you will be using more in colder months than your dd payment, in warmer months you will be using less than your dd payments, so it balances out over the year.

ok so monthly bill is currently over £120 pm. this is alot more than i was quoted when i applied for you to be my provider. could you please advice me how i can get money credited back please??
