This is public forum so I’m responding as a fellow customer.

If your supply has actually switched to Bulb then as part of their T&C’s when you joined Bulb they take payment in advance. So for example if you switched to Bulb on 9 April 2019 your direct debit payment would be taken on 9 April or a couple of days after.

You should be able to see your meter reading via your Caunton dashboard at: Bulb account you will then need to select the “Energy usage” option
