can you pay on line instead of setting up a payment plan

Bulb accepts one type of payment per ‘meter configuration’:
- If you have a pre-pay ‘top-up’ meter, then these can only be paid using a top-up from Paypoint/Payzone etc in your local store.
- If you have a ‘credit meter’, then these can only be paid via Direct Debit (a month in advance).
There is no other payment methods available. I believe the reason Bulb limits payment methods is mainly for cost effectiveness (processing other payment types takes engineering time to support them, training for staff to handle them and if payments ‘go wrong’, and then debt-management: what happens if a standing order/cheque etc fails to turn up…) and just to keep things simple.
