I’m a new customer. Do I need to cancel my previous supplier direct debit and set up a direct debit for Bulb or has this been taken care of as part of my registration process please?

I am not 100% sure but I think the old supplier cancels it once the final bill has been issued (up to 6 weeks) Just check it after you receive the final bill.
Bulb should have already asked for DD details on joining.
