Payments

My dd failed and on the 7th I tried to top up the email said 3 days and the money will be taken. Nothing went out. I contacted a representative and she said it will be taken on 17th August. Still nothing went out.
I tried to top up again on 20th August and said 3 days a payment will be taken and still nothing as gone out.

Unlikely us fellow customers will be able to explain anything.

Is the direct debit actually showing as active with your bank? Perhaps ask your bank why it’s being declined? They should at least be able to clarify whether it’s being declined or if no attempt is actually being made to take payment.
