pence per kwh quote different from what im actually paying

hi,
I was quoted by bulb 13.356p per kwh for my electric so i went for it and joined, I have since topped up my pre-payment meter with my new key and i can see that my price per kwh is 15.82p not 13.35p like i was originally quoted can they do this?

What was the date of your quote as this will have a bearing on a possible answer?

It’s possible that you are on e7

hi i’m not on E7 the quote day was the day i switched

I guess it’s a ‘smart’ pre-pay meter?

What was the DATE of you quote or join date.

If for example it was 12 months ago then prices increased a couple of time whereas if it was say a month ago then there have been no price increases. Hence the date of your quote is required to provide a more reasonable response.
