Pending payment

Hi, Iv’e had my monthly sum of £72 taken from my direct debit but it is still pending on my account after a few days leaving me in debit. Can you please clarify why this is? Thank you.

Hi @Em26 , thanks for the heads up! it took our system indeed a bit longer than usual to process some of the payments that our members made, but I checked and it has been processed now. So your account is looking perfectly healthy again! :slight_smile:

Hi @Em26. Looks like the payment went through on the 18th. Sorry for the delay. We request the payment on the same day each month but it can occasionally take a little longer for your bank to authorise it. Not to worry, we can always see it is pending and won’t chase you for it.
