Thanks for looking out for us, although I’m not sure we can call ourselves a small company anymore!

We’re currently using Amazon Connect to answer phone queries - it has some pretty intelligent phone queue abilities that we’re a big fan of.

I am aware that you have passed the small company criteria, but this post was meant i
to be taken in a light-hearted way and not atall seriously.
Unfortunately for me I have something of a speech impediment and don’t think the best of Amazon has to offer will be able to understand me. Most people couldn’t understand me when I could speak properly
