@Moira_McCabe, it’s more likely that the third party they go via is taking a while to confirm them and send them on. Bulb are normally pretty quick at sending them over.
@Moira_McCabe I’ve just checked your account and we’ve received notification that it has reached your supplier today. It can take them a further week or so to send you a final bill. You should receive it soon!
