Please bulb - get the smart meter shambles sorted!

IHD and smart meters are the biggest load of crap ever and Bulb customer support is non existent. Ever since I went to smart meters and an IHD, I’ve had “waiting for current data” displayed on the IHD for 95% of the time. and ever since the little guy came to physically read my meters in December, the IHD no longer connects to the smart meters and doesn’t even display the time let alone the energy used.
Not only that, the majority of my bills are estimated and not taken from the smart meters. Time to contact review sites and start writing reviews, they will not be good.
