Please can I withdraw £50 from my account as I’m not at home and so will not be using the typical winter amount. I’m £100 in credit at the moment.

You’ll need to supply an up to date meter reading and then email Bulb ( see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003394031-How-can-I-withdraw-credit-from-my-account- ) for them to process the refund - it may be worth mentioning at the time that you’ll be away from home and will have low usage as Bulb typically requires people to have at least a month (2 months during winter) ‘credit’ on their account to cover forthcoming bills.
