I have just moved in to a new home. Electric etc runs out tomorrow. I have just signed up to bulb and I think I have done something wrong as I have a message saying congratulations and that they will start supplying my energy as of the 2nd Nov! Please help? Can I cancel? As I need electricity, etc, ASAP
Is the your new home prepayment or not?
If it’s prepayment you need to find out who the last people are with.
You have done nothing wrong as it takes 21 days to do the switch.

If you are prepaid, I would just buy from previous supplier until switch is done and tey will credit you with what is left on meter when switch occurs
