I have been emailing Mathew D for the last month and sent another email on Monday which is just being ignored. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen, all I want to do is give you guys money. You were out gas and electricity provider, a housemate was paying the bills, he moved out and closed his account July 20th. We stayed living until September 12th. I have our gas and electricity readings from the last day which I’ve emailed you numerous times. Why can I not pay this off??? please give me some clarification? I cannot get my deposit back until I do this, and I was ignored 3 weeks ago and I’m being ignored again? I do not understand this at all, excuse my frustration but this has gone on for a whole month.
