However, Bulb do try and keep their prices low and answering telephone calls costs staff time (I know from prior [20yr+ ago] customer service experience, I could typically answer around 6 emails in the space of an average telephone call: and I could also be handling a couple of live chats whilst doing those emails - telephone calls tend to be a ‘sole activity’), so they don’t heavily ‘advertise’ the number: they’d much prefer people to either find the information themselves from the website/help section (which does cover the majority of questions people ask), this forum or drop them an email/use the live chat details on the ‘How to get i touch’ page.
