Prblem with readings

I had smart meters fitted 10 march 2022.
All was good untill 2nd june when i could not access my meters via my phone.
The ihd is still showing usage.
So now i have to top up via a code every time.
Also ive just logged innto my bulb account and got the following message.

Thanks for being with Bulb. Your account is now closed, but you can still sign in and see your statements and usage.

I have taken a look at your account and can see it is all open as it should be. I can also see we are in touch with you over email about connectivity issues with your smart meters which we are trying to fix.
