Pre paid amount

I’ve recently paid £67 for my gas and electric before the switch has actually taken place, on the app though it says my balance is £0? Surely this should state £67

I’ve spoofed your account at this end and it’s showing your account balance at £67.13. It may be there was a small lag between requesting and taking the payment.

Have you checked the app again today? If it’s still showing £0 then it sounds like a bug. If that’s the case, feel free to send a screenshot to help@bulb.co.uk and we’ll get the tech guys to look at it :slight_smile:
