I’m a bit concerned about getting a gas card for my prepayment meter. I switched to Bulb on the 16th June and I got the electric key on the 12th June no problem but I never got the gas card!
After the switchover on the Sunday I got an email saying I was now a fully fledged part of bulb and If I had received both they prepayment bits.
I selected that I hadn’t got the gas card and the postman has gone today and still no sign of a replacement!
I’m currently on emergency gas now (fortunately not using much as it’s summer) but I don’t have the old suppliers card as it got thrown away last week thinking I didn’t need it after swapping to bulb.
I know they don’t have anyone there at weekends so what’s the best course of action if it doesn’t arrive by Monday?
