I recently moved out of my flat (on the 11th of June) I have just received an email with an attachment telling me I owe £394.85. I had a prepay meter at my flat and was always in credit so I don’t understand how this could be possible? Can anyone shed any light on it? I called Bulb and they couldn’t tell me why I owe this money or if I do actually owe it!!!
