Prepay metre key

Hi I’m a new customer with bulb my switch was complete yesterday the 8th but I’ve not heard a thing from bulb I’ve not got a welcome pack or a new prepay metre key I was told to let my credit run out as if loose it once the switch was done but I don’t have a key to top up with bulb anyone know why this is or how much longer I have to wait I’ve sent two emails and had no response thanks in advance
