Prepay no money

Hi,
I was meant to have money go in my account today but it hasn’t, so i can’t top up my prepayment metres, have emailed but no reply and phonelines closed. What can i do as no other money coming in until Wednesday and have 4 children in the house. Both gas and electric are in the emergency.
