Prepay payment not gone on

Hi all I’m
Prepay and pay via the app
1 nov £10 out my bank and just noticed it didn’t go on . Nothing on app in history
I’ve messaged etc but not sure what to do as need some on and don’t want to lose more

I have just had a look at your account and can see the £30 credit has been uploaded to your electricity meter.

You can check this in your Bulb account here. You can do this seperately for both the electricity and ga meters.
