Prepayment account closed?

I’ve just logged on to my account and at the bottom of the page it states, Thanks for being with Bulb. Your account is now closed, but you can still sign in and see your statements and usage and when I try to see if I’m eligible for the warm home discount it says I’m not with bulb and contact my new supplier. thing is I haven’t left, I can still top up online. Any help would be much appreciated.

I just subbed in to your Bulb Account, all looks okay. You do have two closed accounts from when you had traditional prepay meters, that were replaced by your ‘Smart PAYG’ account.

If you make sure you have selected the ‘Smart PAYG’ option in the drop down menu on the upper left of your Bulb Account dashboard this shouldn’t be an issue any more.

You can use this link to check your eligibility and apply to the WHD.
