I need help, my prepayment stick has went faulty and I’m in emergency credit. How do I get a replacement over weekend as call center is closed. I think I’m ok to Monday morning as usually doesn’t cut out on a Sunday but 9am Monday morning it’s going off and I’ve no way of getting it on untill stick is replaced or fixed

Hi Im having trouble with my Electric key the meter just says Error=D2 when inserted. I am unable to top it up at the shops also gives an error message and I have been using my old key. can you help me please.
