Prepayment meter showing old suppliers rates


I have topped up today for the first time since joining bulb , I have just checked my prepayment meter rates and they are showing as my old suppliers . I made sure to register the key with the machine & have used the emergency credit pre topping up so I’m sure itis fully registered . Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue ?


You say you registered the key with the machine did you also register it with the METER prior to topping up?

Sorry , yes that is what I meant , the meter .

I have since re checked and itis now showing the correct rates . Must have been a slight delay in updating .


Your more than welcome glad it worked something of a hassle contacting bulb to get a code to reprogram the key
