I have phoned bulb customer service 3 times to have prepayment metres installed, i am waiting for a date of installation but dont seem to be getting anywhere. is there an easier way to use this f***ing website

So what information was given by Bulb when you telephoned them?

basically they were meant to give me a date for installation, when I ring they say I need to speak to the first guy I originally spoke with but is always unavailable and they would get him to phone me back
