Hello I’m currently a Bulb prepayment customer for my electric and am just wondering if its possible to switch to direct debit/quarterly payments? I’ve had a nosey and can’t find anything. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
It’s possible to change to monthly direct debit (not quarterly) but it costs £120 for the meter change. You might be able to avoid the charge by asking for a smart meter which is a free installation.
Lots of issues with smart meters currently. Read the threads on this forum. Maybe better to hang fire for a while until they sort them out!!!
