Hi can you help us. We switched to you in January. However, we recently noticed that our previous provider has still been debiting money from our account. What do we do?
I don’t know the official stance but if it were me I would cancel all further payments. I did this with my last supplier after ensuring there was enough to pay the final bill.
@DarrenSara thanks for getting in touch. I’ve had a look at your account and I can see that we have sent through closing readings to your old supplier. They should have sent you a final bill to close your account and stopped any debits coming out.
The best thing to do would be to call them to understand why the payments are still active. If they need anything else from us, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
