Previous energy supplier - Awaiting start meter readings from Bulb

My previous energy supplier EDF has not been paying the balance which i am supposed to receive from them for 6 months now as they are awaiting for Bulb to provide with start meter readings, inspite of number of chasing done by EDF, Bulb haven’t provided them the readings which they used when i did the switch over…

Hi there @Hemant as Allanr says this might be better resolved by email or over the phone. I can’t see any requests from your old supplier for those change over reads, but I’m sure we can see about resending them if you could let us know which fuel they’re waiting for
