I have accessed the Bulb online services via PC, iOS and Android and it seems impossible to find any kind of statement or previous readings. Also, why do the most recent readings appear twice in the list and nothing else??
When did you join?. I joined 16th May and have only today got a statement. Bills are usually issued each month

@RP1698 You don’t have a statement yet because we are still chasing for your meter details from your previous supplier. We need this information to be able to properly process meter readings and also get a bill sent out to you. Once we have these we will be able to send a bill.
