previous supplier leaving charge

Hi, I recent;y switched to Bulb. I understand that Bull reimburses if the previous supplier charge a fee for leaving. I have now received my final statement from previous supplier - how do I let you know that I’ve been charged this fee? thanks

Hi @janet123, take a photo or scan of the final statement and send it through to help@bulb.co.uk. Make sure we can see your address and the exit fee on it and we’ll credit that amount to your Bulb account.
