Hi there @JueP if that link didn’t help then hopefully I’ll be able to, if by smart meter you mean the little portable screen I’m afraid that will almost always stop working once you switch away from the people who installed the smart meter, and when it doesn’t it’ll become very unreliable. You should also have the physical smart meter somewhere in your house, maybe outside or under the stairs, that you should be able to make show you a reading using the instructions at the bottom of this page.
