Price increase

Hi, I joined 2 weeks ago but got an email within the last week saying my price would go up? Is this correct? It’s disappointing you can put up my costs so close to me joining.

Bulb have always stated it is a variable account. They have also reduced prices twice, it would not have been disappointing if after joining they reduced your price as would have happened with some previous members. Its just the luck of the draw, they do however give 60 days notice of any price increase which is more than most other suppliers.

They are putting up costs in 60 days, quite a way away from the date that you joined. Legally they are only actually required to give 30 days notice.
