Hi @RichardK - we’re sorry that the price rise was announced just after you joined. We’ve given as much notice as we could about this so that all our members would have ample time to think everything over, and find another supplier if they decided Bulb wasn’t for them. This included updating our quote page warning of rising prices, emailing all our existing members in August, and emailing every member that joined from a price comparison website informing them of this. I recognise that it’s still not much consolation for you though, but you have until 11th November at the rates you signed up to, and since we don’t have Exit Fees you’ll be able to change suppliers if you wish with no penalty.
