I’ve just switched my gas+electricity from BG to Bulb. Upon switching, I’ve received an email from Bulb letting me know that “your energy will cost £8.65 more each month”. Has this happened to anyone? Dis you then switch to another provider? Thank you
Hi @Val01 - It has happened to all of our members. You can check any of the other threads on the forum to see. It looks like quite a few people are keeping their options and looking around the market again. The email you received has what the prices will be in November, If you are really unhappy with the rise, you can check price comparison sites to see how our new rates compare to other deals on the market. We don’t have exit fees so if you find a supplier you think suits your needs better you can switch before our new rates come into play.
