If for 2 weeks during August no one was in our property how can our usage still be above our monthly repayment? Plus we have solar panels which should counter any high energy usage during the day
But yet our bills with bulb are high

If you were away, it seems unlikely that your usage was high. Did you read the meters before and after you were away? Have you compared how many KW’s you used in July and August?

Did you submit meter readings a couple of days before your bill was prepared, if not then it will be based on estimated readings.

Hey @Sexy1eggs. I can see that we didn’t have a meter reading in July or August so we will have used an estimate. As you’ve given your September meter reading the day after the bill was issued, we had to use an estimate again. If you could give your meter readings on the 14th/15th of each month then the statements will be accurate. We send you a reminder when we need them
