problem signing in

A link has been sent to my email but when I click on it it goes on to my daughter in laws account not mine? She recommended me to Bulb and set me up using her laptop but with my own email address but the link doesn’t go to my account?

Probably best you phone or live chat Bulb to get it resolved.
