Problem with meter reading

I have just entered my electricity and gas meter readings, for both it said their was a problem but did not specify what it was, how do I find out what the issue is/was. I double checked my meters each time.

I can’t tell you what the problems were without knowing the error messages, but as you say they’re not the most useful error messages at the moment. Our developers are going to be replacing them with something more helpful very soon.

In the meantime, just send us the readings by email to help@bulb.co.uk and I can plug them in for you. When I’m doing that I can see what error message you’re getting. Then I can look into and fix the root problem for you so that you can enter them in future without the problem.
