Problem with new account/submitting meter reading

Hey, I am just in the process of switching to Bulb.

I have been asked to submit a meter reading.

But when I log-in, I get a message that my account is now closed and cannot submit anything.

I was previously a Bulb customer in 2019. So am wondering if I need to completely start over with a new account etc.

Welcome to Community! It was your old account causing the issue, I’ve just sent you an email now to reset this and you should be able to log in to your new account from there.


I have the same problem. Signed up again and when i click on meter readings it takes me to the website and says account closed and nowhere to enter meter readings
