Problem

I was trying to send the metre reader for gas and electricity but because we didn’t spend so much wasn’t acceptable from bulb so they asked me to send/upload a picture I tried that too. I took a picture and try to upload and send it but again couldn’t go through so please let me know if it’s another way to do it. Many thanks.
