Problems at Bulb

I was impressed when I joined Bulb in Nov 2018 with clear website and bills so I took up the offer of 2nd Gen Smart meters in May 2019.

Big mistake! Multiple engineer visits, and follow up emails, meters eventually installed but NOT smart and IHD not working. Contacted Ombudsman and received compensation but still not working March 2020. I switched to new supplier and Bulb has messed that up too. My impression - fast business expansion and poor management although they gave staff share options in the parent Company Simple Energy Ltd - how to ruin a decent business. From my experience I would not recommend - stay clear.
