Problems logging into app


I’m going to log into the app but after I put in my email I keep on getting the error message “Hmm, something went wrong. Please try again”

I was unable to log on when I tried to us the Bulb app

Same issue here guys! Let us know when we can sign in

Same problem using app on iPad but ok on iPhone. App is great for bills and meter readings.

Hey folks, we’re working on a fix for this at the moment. It looks like a rate limiter is playing up, so if you try again after a while it should work. We’ll get a proper fix out as soon as we can.
