What is happening to direct debits from TSB during their shutdown?
I would hope that Direct Debits are not affected, but based on the turmoil they’ve experienced so far, I wouldn’t bank on it.
As your Bulb account can go into debit without charge if there are any payment issues, I wouldn’t worry about it.
@deedee We’ve not experienced problems with TSB regarding Direct Debits. The only problem that is likely is that you may not be able to move money around your accounts to ensure you can cover the monthly payment.
If a payment isn’t possible, the direct debit tries again almost 2 weeks after the first attempt, so you won’t get behind on your account.
