Processing top up

Hi, normally tops ups happen within 20 minute been over an hour and currently on hold for bulb.

Anyone ever had a delay like this or is this due to bulb being about to bust?

Thanks for your post! And sorry about the delay with getting through to us. We are experiencing extremely high inflow at the moment which is delaying our response time.

Did you manage to get through to anyone? I can see both your electricity and gas balance is low and doesn’t seem to be showing your most recent top ups made today.
