Is there a way on the app/online to put in a meter reading when you have a smart meter? Soon as my meters were installed the app changed and the send reading button disappeared. As there’s an issue with the gas reading I’d like to put it in manually till its resolved. I’ve no statements as no reading is no going through for gas so hopefully putting manual readings in will generate a statement and keep my account up to date.
Unfortunately not. You’ll need to phone or email Bulb with the reading.
