My previous supplier queried my closing meter reading. I have submitted 2 meter readings since then but nothing has been updated with my previous supplier. They are still taking direct debits as well as yourselves.

Sorry to hear that and for missing your post until now - this community forum can get busy sometimes.
To be honest, submitting the new meter readings wouldn’t have helped as they wouldn’t have been automatically forwarded to the ‘independent third party regulator’ who acts as a ‘middleman’ between the utility companies during a switch.
It’s probably best to either email Bulb directly ( https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) as this is an account-specific matter we fellow customers can’t help on AND/OR ask your previous supplier why they are querying it: sometimes offering to provide photographs of the meter showing the readings will help in disputes like this.
