Quote figures

When i did my quote i used figures i obtained from my current provider (which i thought was on the high side) ive since received my annual statement with the correct figures on. How do i change this?

Hi there @Vikkir_82 if you go through the switch bit of our website, putting in your postcode etc, then when you get to the page with the green ‘switch now’ button scroll down to ‘refine your quote’ and you can get an updated quote by putting in your updated annual usages to get an updated quote. If you’ve already joined us and you’d like to change your monthly payment amount to match that quote, you can do so through your bulb account (after your first payment) by going to payments and statements-payment settings
