Does anyone know why bulb took the £153.46 payment? I was in credit so it isn’t like it was a catch up.
Not sure whether I’m just reading this wrong, would be happy with any help.
Have been with bulb for almost a year now, they do constantly assume we’re going to use more energy than we do but they’re usually pretty good about sorting it out.
If this is incorrect is it worth doing an indemnity claim or just asking bulb to refund?
My monthly payments were set to £55 (which is clearly more than I’m actually using), I didn’t think bulb would change the amount taken from my bank account but when checking online I noticed that they did.
