Re Re (or it does not pass validation tests)

Hi

Initially I gave Bulb my opening meter reading.
This was rejected and needed to be validated .Should have bulb let me know this was the case .I found out by accident when I called on a unrelated Issue. .The reading i gave was correct the validation figure was well below and therefore I still have to sort this again with my old provider .

Hi @alwilson, we’re very sorry this has caused you trouble. The validation process is normally in place to make the readings more accurate and to also make sure that both suppliers are using the same reading. On rare occasions, the validation process can make the readings less accurate and we can get this amended for you. Please email us on help@bulb.co.uk and we’ll get this all sorted :slight_smile:
